Spring Cleaning For Your Mind, Body & Soul?
Let’s come together and clean your mind, body and soul.
In this practice, I create the space to fully honour and deeply allow you to feel accomplished, moved, healed, integrated, let go of, and overcome challenges over of the last 6 months.
I will hold the space for you to release and clear whatever is still lingering and not servicing us anymore moving forward.
I will invite you to write out and let go of some of your latest challenges for inspiration and empowerment. We will feel these intentions in our bodies from a space already having it, doing it, or being it, while detaching the ifs’, buts’ or hows’ they show up for us.
We will end with a powerful embodiment practice is that we honour you in the present NOW of having it already. In this, we honour our past selves & future selves which helps dissolve any guilt, shame or fear that we may be unconsciously carrying with us.
You’ll need quiet space, a pen, journal/paper, a lighter, and a bowl/pot to burn paper in. You may also want to light a candle or burn incense during the call. Lastly, bring an open mind, ready to breathe out what you’re holding onto and breathe what’s next.
